Nursing care of patients with intermaxillary fixation

Abstract

This article focuses on post-operative care of the patient with a fractured jaw. Sensitive approach, knowledge and skill nurses in nursing care are very important in helping the patient cope with the first phase of post-operative condition, which for him is not because of intermaxillary fixation pleasant.
