Abstract
The article describes the frame program Horizon 2020, which is a further stage of EU frame programs. Horizon 2020 is the continuation of the 7.
FP, it develops and specifies its main themes. Horizon 2020 is focused on the research and innovation, it unifies current EU financial resources assigned to this field.
It also defines unified set of rules for participation and propagation of the results.
