Cadmium-induced changes in photosynthetis of the cyanobacterium Synechococcus elongatus

Abstrakt

After 24 h of the Cd ion treatment, only 12% of the cadmium initially added to the cultivation medium was found. With rising Cd2+ conc., the ratio of external-antenna pigments to chlorophyll grows.
