Relaxant effect of various oximes in the isolated rat aorta: role of NO

Abstract

Oxidation of various oximes can results in formation of nitrogen oxides, including NO, in liver microsomes. The aim of this study was to investigate whether or not oximes could exert NO-mediated effects in blood vessels.
