Functional impact of affecting some mediator systems in cerebellar degeneration

Abstrakt

The influencing of dopaminergic and nitric oxide (no) mediator systems was performed in this work. The involving of D1 dopaminergic receptors in cognitive function as well as participation of no in excitotoxic type of apoptosis were proved in animal models.
