The importance of rotaviruses in the etiology of diarrhoea in the University Hospital Pilsen and in the Czech republic, first experiences with the identification of astroviral infections

Abstract

In years 1986-2000 rotaviruses occurred as etiological agent of diarrhoea in 28,0 %. Astroviruses are laboratory identified in Pilsen from december 1999.
