The effect of nitric oxide on hippocampal potentiation in the cerebellar degeneration model

Abstrakt

The pharmacological blockade of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) impaired evoked responses (hippocampal LTP) in both Lurcher and wild type animals where as increase in NO bioavailability enhanced responses only in wild type mice.
