The preparation of multivalent peptide and glycopeptide dendrimers bearing Tn tumor antigen

Abstract

The praparation of the tetravalent peptide and glycopeptide dendrimer with Tn tumour antigen via chemoslective ligation and dendrimer with built-in adjuvant is presented.
