H2-K/v-jun transgenic tumour cell lines - correlation of motile properties with the v-jun transgene expression

Abstract

JUN-1, JUN-2 and JUN-3 cell lines established from fibrosarcoma of H2-K/v-jun transgenic mice exhibit different culture characteristics and differ in the architecture of actin cytoskeleton, which was correlated with the level of v-jun expression.
