Disturbed melanin synthesis and chronic oxidative stress in dysplastic naevi

Abstrakt

The metabolic alterations involved in oxidative stress were analysed in dysplastic naevi, the findings provide support for the idea that dysplastic naevi cells are precursor lesions of melanoma.
