Construction and evaluation of mammalian cytochrome P450 2B4 model

Abstract

Construction of a P450 2B4 model by means of homology modeling technique using bacterial CYPs as templates. The resulting model was evaluated with photoaffinity labelling procedure employing heterobifunctionla photolabile probes.
