Photoaffinity labelling of CYP 2E1 active center by fluoronitroanisols

Abstract

Fluoroanisols are substrates of cytochrome P450 2E1. Their photolability upon UV 254nm has been proven.

Fluoronitroanisols are promissing photoafinity probes for labelling of cytochrome P450 2E1 active center.
