D1-like receptor blockade in various phases of spatial learning in healthy and neurodefective mice

Abstrakt

The work investigates the SCH 23390 effect on spatial learning in the Morris water maze in normal and neurodefective Lurcher mice. D1-like receptor blockade deteriorated spatial learning but it did not affect retrieval of already learned knowledge.
