Benzophenone - perspective photoaffinity probe for the CYP 2B4 active structure study

Abstract

Benzofenone interacts specifically with CYP 2B4, as shown by metabolic and spectrophotometric studies. Upon photoactivation by 366nm UV light benzofenone covalently modifies model compounds.
