Functional consequences of retinal degeneration in spatial orientation in C3H wild type and Lurcher mutant mice

Abstrakt

The work investigates spatial orientation ability in the Morris water maze in wild type and neurodefective Lurcher mutant mice of the C3H strain and compares individuals with normal retina and mice affected with retinal degeneration.
