Synhesis of S-linked glucosaminyl-4-thiohex-2-enopyranosides via allylic SN2´substitution of tosylhexenose

Abstrakt

New method suitable for preparation of thiodisaccharides based on allylic substitution of tosyhexenoses is described. The feasibility of the method is confirmed for several thiosugars.
