The impact of combined administration of guanethidine and capsaicin on norepinephrine and CGRP concentrations in the rat heart

Abstract

Administration of guenathidine and capsaicin to newborn rats led to decrease in norepinprine level and increase in CGRP concentration in the heart. Treatment with both neurotoxins does not lead to simultaneous sensory and sympathetic denervations.
