Abstract
Drosophila larvae were studied with respect to the expression of GFP-coupled proteins - actin, ekdyzon and hemolectin. Only at the chimeric protein GFP-actin cells exhibited fluorescent activity not only in cytoplasma but simultaneously in cell nuclei.
