Expression of mRNA MMP-7 and mRNA TIMP-1 in non-small cell lung cancer

Abstrakt

In group of 34 patients we demonstrated a higher expression of mRNA MMP-7 in the NSCLC tumorous tissue than in non-tumorous lung tissue. On the other hand, we demonstrated a higher expression of mRNA TIMP-1 in the non-tumorous, surrounding lung tissue.
