Fistulizing anorectal Crohn disease in a child with severe HLA-B-27-associated enthesitis -related arthritis

Abstrakt

This is the first description of enthesitis-releted arthritis complicated by Crohn disease, providing new insights into the pathophysilogy of both disorders in childhood. Underlying immune disfunction and genetic predisposition may be considered.
