Levels of cathepsins S and H in pleural fluids of inflammatory and neoplastic origin

Abstrakt

Authors assessed the protein levels of cathepsins S and H in 82 samples of pleural effusions and related them to their inflammatory, neoplastic or hemodynamic origin. They also compared the levels of both cathepsins with 13 markers of inflammation.
