Abstract
Five years patient´s overall survival is 30-4 0%. These results are given by radicality of surgical procedures combined with progresses in oncologic treatment.
Various options exist for increasing of operating rate - portal vein embolization, chemotherapeutic down-staging, chemoembolization of liver metastases.
