Abstract
Difficult and sometimes contraversial chapter in histopathological diagnostics. All technical aspects of sentinel lymph node examination are discussed in this chapter altogether with review of the particular organ malignancies, where sentinel lymph nodes are subject of peroperative or standard diagnostical process.
