Abstract

71 year-old-man was investigated for obstructive jaundice. ERCP showed tumoriform appearance of the region of the papilla of Vater and infiltration of the duodenal wall, without any changes in the appearance of pancreatic duct.

Histological investigation revealed the diagnosis of paraduodenal pancreatitis.
