Urogenital trauma associated with pelvic ring fractures

Abstract

Authors report injuries of urogenital tract in patients with pelvic ring fractures. In the years 1998-2008 308 patients with pelvic ring ractures were threated.

Urogenital injury is related to the degree of dislocation of the pelvic skeleton. Authors report assesment, management and late results of urogenital injuries.
