Abstract
IBD-AHEAD is a global project which was supported by Abbott. The aim of the study is to achieve the attitude consensus towards the most important questions which appearing in the clinical practice of physicians who are involved in Crohn’s disease therapy.
The Intenational expert consortium selected the most frequent and important questions with regarding on therapy decisions in Crohn’s disease patients. The Czech IBD Working Group members have prepared the consensual answers to these above mentioned quenstions drawing from national guidelines, literature and own experience.
