Abstract
The article presents insight into the importance of communication and the communication skills of nurses in interpersonal relationships. The analysis of the results of research that took place at the turn of 2012/13, article helped to confirm the importance of mastering communication skills of nurses in pro-client communication.
Good communication is identified as one of the major factors that influence the quality of professional relationships at work. The goal of the investigation was to determine if there are some differences in the perception of interpersonal relationships between nurses at single-shift and multi-shift operation.
The quality of communication between members of the nursing staff has a big influence on the quality of nursing care of the medical institute.
