Abstract
Yet research and despised figure in the leader ship of the school the person is the Deputy Headmaster of the school. Unlike the above-mentioned responsibility of the Headmaster of the school, as well as the qualifying conditions are anchored in two basic legal standards of the Czech education system, not the person the Deputy Headmaster of nothing systemically.
In theintroductory part of the research will be communicated to the theoretically described the existing situation and opened this current problem. Post address estheissue of the manner in whichitisin corporated into the school's Deputy Headmaster, influencing the educational process, whetheritisthe Deputy Headmaster of the school, whichis a decisivefactor in this area, when the Headmaster of the schoolof management of the educationa lprocess and the quality of the school does not have adequatespace.
The author will be presented the results of a qualitative investigation realized in the form of in-depth interviews with several representatives of the directors of the schools, this stage will serve as one of the starting points of the planned quantitative investigation. The results of the research are described.
