Abstract

Various types of neurogenous tumours occur in the retroperitoneum. Hormonally inactive tumours are often asymptomatic and their diagnosis is mostly accidental.

Authors are presenting their recent experience with three cases. They discuss diagnostic options and the therapy of retroperitoneal schwannoma, ganglioneuroma and paraganglioma.
