Abstract
The book deals with technological forecasting using quantitative and qualitative methods in the ICT including telecommunications, Internet and Internet marketing forecast and new managerial functions in the future. The conclusion mentions a forecast based on CIA study, and stresses the four dominant trends for the future: RFID everywhere, transfer BI to General Intelligence, universal replicators, and new discoveries in the physics, chemistry and biology.
