Abstract

Autonomic nervous system dysfunctions are common non-motor symptoms in patients with Parkinson's disease. It is important to search for these symptoms as they may be present even at early stages of the disease and may have a significant impact on the quality of life.

Nevertheless, there is no valid and reliable questionnaire in Czech language to identify these symptoms. The aim of our research was to translate (according to the Movement Disorder Society recommendations) a questionnaire to assess the presence of autonomic dysfunction in the patients with Parkinson's disease.
