Abstract

Qualitative study of 53 samples of foods (spices, cereals, teas etc.). Frequent contaminating micromycetes: Penicillium aurantiogriseum, Eurotium sp., Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus and Rhizopus arrhizus.
