The Maturita /School-Leaving Examination/ - Long-term Problem and Immediate Challenge

Abstract

The core of the study is a critical analysis of the proposed reform of these examinations in the Czech republic. It argues that the proposed form of the 'Maturita'examinations and one-sided testing will actually tend to preserve outmoded features of middle-school education.
