Humanisation of our school through a teacher with a fully developed personality and social aspects

Abstract

The article summarises the preparation models of future teachers applied at some pedagogic departments in the Czech Republic. It introduces the actual model and the research that was carried out to analyse the efficiency of course directed at the development of both the personal and social aspects of student teachers.
