Abstract
The study characterizes the conception of interpersonal therapy in the interpretation of Eric Berne. It also analyzes his construction of a personality and Ego states: Parent - Child - Adult.
It brings up information about his methodological elaboration of four types of analysis - structural, transaction, game, and script analysis. Finaly the study quotes methods of transactional analysis of children and educational counselling.
