Abstract
The first Czech monography concerns a group of psychiatry disorders that was previously indicated by the term psychopathy. These disorders are very serious, but there were less findings till this time, above all regarding possibilities of treatment.
Authors bring a review of constituted groups of personality disorder, and in addition also of some groups that are still suggested within current research. Authors point out the development of personality disorder from childhood, through adulthood, and the possibilities of treatment.
