Formation of Nuclear Splicing Factor Compartments Is Independent of Lamins A/C

Abstract

In this study, we set out to directly test the hypothesis that formation and maintenance of splicing factor compartments is dependent on lamins A/C by analyzing nuclei from mice lacking A and C
