Abstract

This document presents development of cooperation of the internet service providers in the field of unauthorized use of the author’s works. Both from the point of view of the European legislation as well as national legislations of the individual member states of the European Union.

The co-operation of the internet service providers is sees as on opportunity to solve the internet piracy by majority of the member states.
