Abstract
The contribution focuses on recent developments within antidiscrimination law in both states, paying special attention to multidimensional aspects. In this connection, race discrimination is mentioned, because both countries have own sad experience (even recent experiences) with not very successful endeavour to resole problems with Gypsy population.
In the second part current situation, problems and challanges in the field of multidimensional equality in both countries are discussed.
