Abstract
Employment agencies can arrange according to provisions of § 58 paragraph 2 of the Employment Act to carry out free of charge or for consideration, including reimbursement, in which the profit. If the user and the agency work orally or impliedly agreed remuneration, the allocation of agency workers, is part of the unjust enrichment of the user whether or not the commission, which belongs to the agency work for the allocation of agency employees.
