Abstract
The contribution mentions basic differences in legal regulations for the processing of an author’s work as an intangible asset according to Copyright Act No. 121/2000 Coll. (Collection of Laws) and the processing of a thing as a tangible asset according to Act No. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code.
