According to Act No. 480/2004 Coll. of 29 July 2004, on Certain Information Society Services and on amendments to some acts, access providers and host providers have limited responsibility in the Czech Republic for breaching the rights of third parties through the content of information published on the Internet (including the breach of copyrights)
