Murder and manslaughter in the new penal code

Abstract

The author deals with the new system of intentional homicide which has been brought by the new Criminal Code. Thus the following crimes shall be distinguished: murder, including murder committed with aforethought or after premeditation, manslaughter, infanticide and assisting in suicide.

The author also considers issues connected with proving particular elements of these crimes.
