Abstract
The chapter analyses with the development of electoral laws and Constitutional court jurisprudence connected to the constitutional principles of elections in the past 15 years since the Constitution of the Czech Republic was enacted. It deals with many particular institutes of electoral law, ie. voting rights, registration of candidates, election campaing, remote voting, election system, judicial review etc.
