1H NMR relaxivity of aqueous suspensions of titanium dioxide nanoparticles coated with a gadolinium(III) chelate of a DOTA-monoamide with a phenylphosphonate pendant arm
Aryphosphonic acid DOTA derivative suitable for stable binding to metal oxide surface was prepared. Its Gd(III) complex was attached to nanocrystalline TiO2 surface.
The suspension has high relaxivity due to slow complex tumbling on oxide surface.
