Abstract

Cyclosporin A, cytosolic calcium, hypertension, rat hepatocytes. A dual action of cyclosporin A was observed during oxidative stres of hepatocytes.

While in the first perion of incubation cyclosporin A increased cytosolic calcium, in the next period CsA reduced the effect of prooxidant t-butyl hydroperoxide
