Abstract
We have outlined detailed procedures for fibronectin-replating experiment, biochemical examination of the phosphotyrosine content of cellular proteins by immunoblotting using phosphorylation-specific antibodies or immunoprecipitation and analysis with general phosphotyrosine antibodies.
