Abstract
In this poster, we compare methods for analyzing protein complexes such as size exclusion chromatogramy, blue native electrophoresis, protein separation in sucrose gradients and confocal microscopy. Advantages and disadvantages of these methods regarding research of mouse polyomavirus virion morphogenesis and protein interactions of major capsid protein VP1 are discused.
