Abstract
Article first analyzes the nature of moral hazard in terms of the applicable Czech law and then analyze the various legal professions (attorneys, notaries, court bailiffs, judges and prosecutors) in terms of vulnerability to moral hazard conduct whithin the Czech legislation.
