Development of codon-optimized pH-sensitive GFP probes for in vivo organellar measurements.

Abstract

Combining spectroscopy, confocal microscopy and selective buffers we have developped a method for imaging and titration of pH-sensitive GFP in live yeast cells that preserves internal cell regulatory mechanisms.
